Hi, I’m Morgan Vick.

I’m a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, passionate advocate, and the heart behind Arbor ABA.

I created Arbor ABA to be more than a therapy practice. I wanted it to feel like an arboretum — a space rooted in safety, growth, and connection. After years in the field, I saw how meaningful change happens when families feel supported, seen, and empowered. That’s what I aim to provide every step of the way.

With a background in applied behavior analysis and a deep commitment to neurodiversity-affirming care, I bring a blend of structure, creativity, and heart into the work I do. I believe in evidence-based practices that are flexible, individualized, and infused with compassion.

Whether you’re a parent navigating next steps or a professional seeking a collaborative partner, my goal is to meet you where you are — and grow from there, together.
